What makes us different from other suppliers?

Totalcare are focused on you. We listen to you and do everything we can to make sure that your needs are met. All our new equipment comes with a 2- or 3-year warranty. Our pre-loved devices are always tested, recalibrated and repaired before being put up on our site – to make sure that you will be happy with your new purchase.


What happens if a repair takes longer than expected?

Our M3 and Nuximia devices are built with an IoT diagnostic tool which will diagnose the issue immediately. If it cannot be repaired via the internet, a new part will be sent, and we should have it within two weeks.

Other devices which don’t have an IoT connection require extra work to diagnose the issue. We will have an estimated lead time within 2-3days

If parts have to be brought in, we will do everything we can to loan you a device, so you don’t have to turn clients away. However, we have limited stock of suitable devices so we cannot guarantee this with every repair request.


Do we have to go somewhere for training?

We have our training school in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, and this is the preferred place for training. However, we can organise for delivery and training in your salon.


Do you provide after-sales support?

Totalcare stocks all cosmetics, consumables, and add-ons for every product we sell. We are only too happy to help you after the sale; hopefully for many years to come!
